Ghosted!

The slow cruel rising puff

of mist, Boom…

Ghosted!

ghostly ghosts

the seething abyss

apparitions of what could

have been

solidly grinning

chin to chin

the pale insipid wafting

din, the chagrin

of morbid flailing

sins. I fold up

into a regressive spin, backwards

towards the primordial den.
