The Moonbeam
Kissed the Flower
While it was Sleeping
With its soft-eye-petals closed
the flower had a dream, that it fell
in love with the moon.
I sit under this tree
crowned by the crescent
watching the flower begin, to open
slowly falling deeply, in love
with its rising bloom.
