Tears gather for a drink
It’s time to say goodbye
Our long journey has ended
We must release our friends to
Join all the fun outside
Have another round
Of life-
Goodbye!

I am excited to participate in the #dailyui design challenge. This design is my Day 2 of the challenge. The task was to create a credit card checkout form. I’ve chosen to create a checkout form for an Olympus camera, from an online photography re-sell site. I am also learning Figma, a great intuitive, somewhat new, collaborative and Web-based platform, which I’ve used to design this checkout form.
Recently I’ve decided to pursue and transition into learning UI/UX Design (User interface/User experience Design) from a traditional fine art background. I find the field a perfect blending of my Fine Arts, Art Therapy/Psychology and Social Justice/Democracy backgrounds and passions.
I’ve chosen to self-educate with online courses, tutorials and networking/meetups in the industry. So far, after 1 month in, I feel super excited with everything I am learning, and I’ve already attended my first Design Meetup. UI/UX Design feels like the perfect next step in my career!
Please hit me with your critiques/feedback on my design as it really helps with progress!

I Love great Food as you can see from one of my blog categories. I especially appreciate the history, culture and diversity of world cuisine, great food photography, food science etc.. This blog happened onto one of my food posts and I’m glad they did. What a fantastic blog! Give it a look.
The word Istria may sound rather exotic to some, it surely did to me. Other than the vague idea that the place is somewhere in Croatia (as I was told), I knew close to nothing about it. And yet, we decided to jump at the opportunity, and move there – because why the hell not. And glad we did, I can tell you that much.
Olive branches.
I like to think of Istria as an olive country: from whatever point you choose to look, you will probably see an olive grove, or an olive tree at least. A village, town square, seafront alley, parking lot perhaps – the olive trees are everywhere, somehow highlighting (if not stating boldly) the identity of the region. A region where life without the olive oil would be, well, unimaginable.
Coming from Poland, I grew up with butter, lard and other (mostly animal) fats, with…

This is a food styling gig I did with Foodstyl.com. We spent 2 long days working on set with a couple different new products. First was some new cookware, and the next day, a new freeze dried diet food product, developed by a company in Europe. Great crew and fun times on the set.
This is our camera guy Eric. He is an excellent shooter, very talented Photographer and professional.
Eric again working his magic.
Our food prep kitchen and backstage area.
Lost the “O”, this studio did a shoot with Richard Blais winner from Top Chef All Stars.

That’s Kat one of the owner’s of Foodstyl.com working very hard as always! Below she is testing out the new product before plating it.
And the finishing touches on the freeze dried rice dish. Not bad for freeze dried pouch food, eh?
Here is a shot of an “everyday meal” in the new cookware, Sauerkraut and Kielbasa, Yum!
Good times and hard work!
Yum Food!! Yum Art!!
