#writephoto- a feather, a play

A feather lying on the landscape next to a couple red tokens

A path led me here;

after you left here

behind red tokens

a remnant of the day

a feather, a play

red tokens lay.

A stage broken-

besieged words once

staged the tokens of

a production, ovations

riddled with praise

the crowds hammered

this path, on that fine summer’s day.
