Edgar and Vincent
This is poetry I wrote about Edgar Allan Poe and Vincent Van Gogh, two of my favorite artists. I posted it originally on my instagram page. Hope you enjoy! Creating collages from my original art
New Collage Work created in Figma
I’ve been making several iterations of this collage in the Figma platform, using my original oil pastel “Universal Day and NIght”
I love juxtaposing my original artwork with the clean lines and filter tools in Figma. It creates awesome variations and depth with great layering results. I am a colorist and abstract artist at heart, and have always painted fast and furious so this technique is perfect for me. I would love to hear your feedback on this piece.
